By completing the registration process and ticking the acceptance checkbox, or by continuing to use the Platform following any published update to this Agreement, you unconditionally accept all provisions set out herein.

Age Restriction: za999 strictly prohibits use of the Platform by individuals under the age of 21. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player is underage, we reserve the right to suspend the Account immediately and withhold any Balance pending verification. Providing false information regarding age constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on za999, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:
Account registration requires the submission of accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number linked to your JazzCash or EasyPaisa wallet where applicable. za999 reserves the right to verify any information submitted at registration at any time and to request supporting documentation including, without limitation, a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform. The creation or operation of duplicate, secondary, or fraudulent Accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all related Accounts, permanent ban from the Platform, and forfeiture of any Balance held across all Accounts. You are solely and fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. za999 will never ask you to disclose your password through any channel. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have notified za999 of unauthorised access in writing without undue delay.
You agree to maintain accurate, complete, and current personal information on your Account at all times. Changes to personal details — including name, address, payment method, or contact information — must be notified to the za999 support team promptly. Providing false, misleading, or outdated information constitutes a breach of this Agreement and may result in Account suspension.
za999 operates Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in accordance with applicable international anti-money-laundering standards. You may be required to submit identity verification documents, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or at any point during the operation of your Account. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension.
za999 supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following authorised payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. The Platform does not accept foreign currency deposits or transactions through any unauthorised third-party payment service.
The minimum deposit amount on za999 is Rs 200. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though VIP tier members may benefit from enhanced deposit and withdrawal ceilings as specified in their tier agreement.
Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Bank transfer withdrawals via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank may take up to one business day. za999 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be declined where KYC documentation is incomplete, where a wagering requirement remains outstanding, or where a suspicious activity flag has been raised on the Account.
An Account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. za999 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts. Players will be notified by email before any such fee is applied. Any remaining Balance will remain the property of the Player and may be reclaimed upon Account reactivation.
Anti-Money Laundering: za999 is committed to full compliance with applicable anti-money-laundering regulations. Deposits must originate from payment methods registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. The Platform reserves the right to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities without prior notice to the Player.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional rewards offered by za999 are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is made available. In the absence of promotion-specific terms, the following general conditions apply: wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn; bonuses are valid for the time period specified and will expire automatically if not used within that period; za999 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the za999 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, and potential legal action:

The collection, storage, and processing of personal data on the za999 Platform is governed by the za999 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
